These are at a 100 feet walk from the main building and are thatched. Each cottage has a room with an attached bathroom and a sit out. The building is two floors and the top floor has a balcony that overlooks the lake.

The tree houses of Kerala are tastefully designed wooden cottages built on top of the trees at an elevation of 20-90 ft above the ground. Once the booking is confirmed, 20% of the booking invoice amount would be charged if cancelled at any point of time before 60 days of arrival.

If cancelled before 60 days of arrival, the cancellation fee of 20% could be adjusted for future booking with a validity of one year, depending upon room availability.
If the booking is cancelled between 59 days to 30 days of arrival, 50% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled between 29 days to 11 days of arrival, 75% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled between 10 days to 4 days of arrival, 85% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled between 3 days to scheduled arrival date or in case of early departure, 100% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.

New cancellation policy will be applicable for all bookings done from May 01, 2019 onward.
